Beeline Cars office is based in Unity Street Ipswich IP3 0AP, our booking and dispatch office is completely computerised with all the latest technology making your call to us quick and efficient, although our office is computerised our friendly, helpful staff are on hand 24/7 to help you with any enquiries you may have.

As safety is an important factor not only to us but, of course you as well, all our drivers wear their identity badges as supplied by the Ipswich Borough Council, all our vehicles are clearly marked with our Name “Beeline” and telephone number 01473 417417, all our vehicles are also fitted with the latest GPS technology which means that our office staff can see exactly where our cars are all the time.

Terms & Conditions of use for the Beeline Cars Credit Crunch Saver Card.
  1. Discounts can only be used in conjunction with the conditions contained herewith and the Credit Crunch Saver Card remain the property of Beeline Cars at all times.
  2. The card is valid for the period stated on the card only.
  3. The discount card can be cancelled at anytime by Beeline Cars without prior notice given to the cardholder.
  4. This offer cannot be used with any other offer that Beeline cars do and can only be used for cash journeys.
  5. Discount is only available on fares within the Ipswich Boundary.
  6. The discount scheme is available between 09:30 and 2230hrs 7 days a week, the time is taken from the moment you enter the vehicle.
  7. Discounts are not available on Bank Holidays.
  8. Fares will be rounded down to the nearest Pound and then the discount applied. E.g.: fare £4.50 = rounded down to £4:00 discount applicable 40p fare to pay £4.10.
  9. The Discount Card can only be used against fares exceeding £4:00.
  10. The Beeline Credit Crunch Saver Card will be issued to the named person on the application received, therefore, it can only be used by that person, Beeline Cars staff reserve the right to ask the user for further proof of identity when the card is being used.
  11. A personal PIN Number will be issued to all applications received please quote this number when booking your car with our booking clerks.
  12. Each week commencing the 10th December our computer will pick a members PIN number and they will receive £10 of vouchers that they can use towards their cab journeys.

Our Fleet
We have a range of vehicles to suit everyone’s needs and include Mercedes, Ford, Vauxhall, Rover etc. Seating capacity of our vehicles is from 1 passenger to 8 passengers (maximum allowed as per the law). We also have wheelchair accessible vehicles.


On our Customers safety
All our vehicles are fitted with the latest GPS system and allows us to track all our vehicles at any given time.

All our drivers under go testing by the Ipswich Borough Council which include a knowledge test, a CRB (Criminal Investigation Bureau) check and a full medical.

All our vehicles are tested by the local licensing Authority Ipswich Borough Council


Wheelchair accessible Vehicles
We have a large selection of wheelchair accessible vehicles available ranging from push in wheelchair types to vehicles capable of carrying the electronic wheelchairs.


Mini-buses
We have a large fleet of mini-buses of varying sizes ranging from 5 seater to the maximum allowed of 8 seater.

We are at Liquid/Envy Nightclub
We have a satellite office based in the foyer of the Liquid/Envy nightclub, it is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 2300hrs to 0400am, our friendly staff based there will be happy to book your cabs home for you.


Our rates
All our vehicles are fitted with electronic Taxi-meters and we operate on the advised rates as set down by the Ipswich Borough Council.


Lost Property
If you leave anything in our vehicles it will be handed in to the local police station within 48 hours as required by the licensing authority.
